At Emma Blooms, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. As our products are perishable and time-sensitive, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any flower arrangements or bouquets once they have been delivered. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your flowers or an error with your order, we will work to resolve the situation promptly.

2. Refunds

  • Quality Issues: If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or otherwise of poor quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at [email protected]. We may offer a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the issue.
  • Order Errors: If the flowers delivered do not match your order (e.g., wrong bouquet, incorrect delivery address), please notify us within 24 hours. We will either resend the correct order or issue a full refund based on the situation.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for issues related to personal preferences, such as if the recipient does not like the flowers or if the bouquet is not what they expected (e.g., colors, size). We encourage you to check the bouquet details carefully before placing your order.

3. Cancellation

  • Cancellations can be made within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at [email protected]. After this time, we cannot guarantee a full cancellation due to the immediate processing of orders for delivery.
  • If we are unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or delivery failures, we will offer a refund or an alternative solution.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return
If you need to request a refund or report an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet. Provide your order number, the issue with the flowers, and any supporting photos (if applicable). Our customer support team will review your request and assist you in processing your refund or replacement.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method ( Cash on Delivery).
